Exe Insurance was born in 2015, when experienced insurance broker, Justin Vinney, grew tired of seeing national insurance brokers failing to deliver for clients. As a result, a new business model came to be. Ensuring that businesses are better protected, by providing a more diverse range of specialist services. Furthermore, Exe Insurance takes a client-focused approach to business, offering a dedicated and personal service.

Justin acquired nearly two decades of experience as an insurance broker before creating Exe Insurance. He sought to create a more personal service, having felt that businesses were being short-changed with their policy coverage. As a result, Exe Insurance is now considered a leading specialist insurance broker for the entire South West region.

Justin is a keen golfer and also coaches the local youth football team, of which his son is a player.

Matt joined the Exe Insurance team in 2021 and worked previously within the insurance industry for several years having built up his wide range of knowledge. Matt previously worked for a specialist broker placing security & electrical contractor liability risks, commercial & residential property insurance and high net worth household property risks.

When Matt is not at work, he is a keen musician writing and performing his own music in his band. He has a bug for travelling and is an avid supporter of the LA Dodgers baseball team.

Zoe joined Exe Insurance in September 2023 as an Account Handler working in the commercial insurance industry for over 5 years and previously worked for both national and local independent brokers dealing with clients of all sizes.<

In her spare time Zoe likes spending time with her Family and friends, keeping fit, Travelling, she loves fashion, Interior design, and all things beauty.

Charlotte joined Exe Insurance in January 2023 and is responsible for all things marketing and creative. Prior to joining Exe Insurance she worked within the marketing industry for various marketing companies for a number of years. She has also worked in previous customer service roles which has put her in good stead to deal with claims which is another part of her role. During her spare time Charlotte likes spending time with her family & friends, travelling, dog walks, and playing netball for a local team.
